We are Sharon and Tee and we’ve just returned home after 20 years living and working as successful personal fitness trainers and boot camp instructors in Sydney’s Inner City. Shaz has been a trainer slightly longer than Tee, but both have a wealth of experience. Both Sharon and Tee have personally trained high profile executives, those returning from injury, mums, sports people and everyone in between; for over a decade we were the official trainers for Channel 7 in Sydney, looking after not only the executives and on-air talent, but also the general staff for a boot camp session twice per week. Tee started her fitness journey approximately 40kg’s heavier than she is today, so she’s our weight and motivation expert! We started our boot camp business almost 15 years ago and have recently sold it in order to return to the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. Working in Sydney was certainly a tough gig. With upwards of 15 boot camp operators working out of each park, it really taught us how to offer the best sessions, at the best price with the best variety and high quality of instruction. We were front runners in Sydney and now we want to bring our great service and fantastic value to you! We’re no spring chickens now either (Sharon 46, and Tee, 38), so we can train just about anyone. We push those that need it and modify sessions to suit any age, injury, size and fitness level.

When you do the same activity over and over, your body responds with what’s known as “the training effect” which means it’s no longer “stressed” by the activity and stops increasing results. At Geo Fit, whether you take up groups or personal training, we ensure that no 2 sessions are the same, so that all of our members stay motivated and keep getting results for months and even years to come.
